Mariscela “Cortez” Ide

Chief Administrative Officer

After a successful career in residential real estate Mariscela joined the CTL team in 2009 to expand the HR department. She recently stepped into the role of CAO where she works to facilitate the successful implementation of organizational goals in the areas of policy development, communication, recruitment, employee relations, and performance evaluation.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX, and brings a wide range of knowledge from her work in psychology, her real estate career, and learning along-side her parents as she built her career in transportation.

Mariscela is responsible for the instructional leadership to department managers, provide strategic ideas and motivation to the sales force, review administrative policy, and work closely with the CEO. Mariscela has strong people skills which adds dimension to CorTrans Leadership and her perceptive insight has proven instrumental in developing a collaborative operating structure to support the CEO.
